The journey began in the German armed forces. Deployments to Afghanistan in 2013 and Kosovo in 2016 taught him what no classroom can: stay focused under pressure, take responsibility, adapt fast, never lose the objective.

Early to digital assets
The same year he returned from Kosovo, Stanis started exploring an industry most people still dismissed — cryptocurrency and digital assets. He recognised the potential early and began building inside it.

Building through the cycles
Businesses and investments across the crypto space, through euphoria and through the silence that follows it. Those years delivered practical experience in emerging technology, digital business models and risk.

From operator to advisor
He began advising companies on business development, strategy, digital assets, growth and emerging markets — the shift from entrepreneur and investor to strategic advisor and business leader.

XFusion is born
Stanis founded XFusion, a global community built around energy, knowledge and capital. What started as a vision quickly scaled into a movement now present in 197 countries with more than 250,000 members — and approaching its first anniversary.

The next chapter, from Dubai
As founder of XFusion, Stanis applies discipline, calculated risk and continuous learning to building ventures and long-term partnerships. Married with two daughters. Originally from Kazakhstan, most of his life in Germany, now based in Dubai.
